Our Mission

The New Hampshire Falls Risk Reduction Task Force is a coalition of professionals committed to reducing the risk and numbers of falls among the state's older adult population. Our goals are to:

  1. Reduce the rate of death and disability in older adults due to falls.
  2. Reduce the risk of falling in the older adult population.
  3. Education and train professionals in falls risk reduction.
