The New Hampshire Falls Prevention Network Hub is the centralized organization for evidence-based falls prevention programs in communities throughout the state. Below are listings of current or recent programs hosted throughout the state.

Program Content

  • Eight 2-hour sessions
  • Set goals for increasing activity
  • Make changes to reduce fall risks at home
  • Exercise to increase strength and balance
  • Approved for remote delivery. Training Required

  • Combine TJQ and postural control science
  • 1 hour classes, 2x/week x 24 weeks

Decreases falls in Randomized Controlled Trials

  • 58% fewer falls in individuals 65 and older
  • 75% fewer injurious falls (65+ y.o.)
  • 67% fewer in people with Parkinson's Disease
