The New Hampshire Falls Prevention Network Hub is the centralized organization for evidence-based falls prevention programs in communities throughout the state. Below are listings of current or recent programs hosted throughout the state.

Program Content

  • 1 hour classes, 2x/week x 24 weeks

  • 58% fewer falls in individuals 65 and older
  • 75% fewer injurious falls (65+ y.o.)
  • 67% fewer in people with Parkinson's Disease
